Description
Position Summary:
Provides human resources generalist support to manufacturing operations reporting to the Plant Human Resources Leader.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead talent management programs and processes to ensure that tools are being used to create value across the organization.
- Analyze performance management, personal development, and human resource plans; develop and implement appropriate training and development opportunities to meet individual and organizational needs. Work closely with managers and associates to encourage practical and meaningful application and utilization of tools and training.
- Develop and facilitate associate training including coordination, administration, and measurement.
- Provide and promote positive employee programs relations supportive of a team environment for Plant Operations.
- Partner with HR Leader to implement corporate and local HR policies and procedures.
- Mentor other human resources team members.
